Who are the professionals?
Independent local professionals. We check every profile photo before it goes live, and you can see their past work and reviews before you choose.
What if I don't know what it should cost?
Choose “Open to quotes” instead of setting a budget. Professionals will give you their price when they call.
Who sees my phone number?
Only the professionals who take up your request. Everyone else sees the request and your general area, never your number or address.
Do I have to go with someone who calls?
No. Talk to them, compare, and choose one, or no one. If it doesn't work out, you can switch to another.
How do I pay?
You pay the professional directly, however you both agree. Tanzo is free for customers.
Can I change or cancel my request?
You can edit it until a professional takes it up, and cancel it at any time.
What if no one responds?
